Did you know that you can purchase beers to-go directly from Utah breweries? Many of our seasonal and limited release beers are not sold anywhere else.
The Red Rock Beer Store is located in downtown Salt Lake City at 443 N 400 W. We carry a wide variety of craft beer styles, packaged in 16oz cans and our signature 500mL bottles (17oz.).

Utah beer is categorized a little differently than the rest of the world. It’s either ‘Beer’ (anything up to 5% ABV) or ‘Heavy Beer’ (anything above 5% ABV).
If it is on draft, it’s 5%. If it’s sold in a grocery store, it’s 5%. If it contains more than 5% ABV, the law requires that it be packaged in a can or bottle and it can only be sold in establishments with the appropriate license (restaurants, bars, liquor stores, breweries, etc.).
