The Golden Halo is a delicious and mild American style blonde ale with just a hint of tangy Saaz hopping.

The Frohlich Pils is a malty crisp, delicately Noble hopped, German Pilsner that has been lagered to perfection. ABV 5.5%

Marvella is light, with subtle fruit and floral notes, a hint of sweetness and a delightful amount of booze. Silver Medal Winner: Great American Brew Festival 2022 - Gold Medal Winner: North American Brewers Association International Beer Awards 2019. Just a damn good Belgian Tripel. ABV 11%

The Elephino is a magnificent American Double IPA. Featuring big pine and citrus hop notes that have been artfully balanced with soft caramel malt undertones. The Elephino is our most requested libation, and not without reason. ABV 8.2%

A medium bodied double IPA. It's very juicy and slightly sweet. It smells of pink grapefruit and crushed citrus. The hop bitterness is very delicate and hangs in the background, playing a supporting role to bursts of lime, sweet tangerine, pineapple, and a bit of coconut. ABV 9%

All New Zealand hops, double IPA. Flavors include the whole orchard: tangerine, lime, passion fruit, pear and white grape. ABV 7.8%

We brew this delicious beast of a beer the same way we have since '14: bigger caramel and bigger Cascade. Our brewmaster once described it as "our Amber Ale supercharged, with a much richer bouquet". ABV 9.5%

Huge, roasty, chocolaty and smooth Russian Imperial Stout. Drink too many and that lady on the label will visit you as you sleep. ABV 10.1%

A rare beastie, the elusive IIIPA. A juicy tropical blast of tangerine, mango, and papaya, with some underlying notes of pine and herbasciousness. Medium body with a slight sweetness. (10% ABV)

Fold it, launch it, chase it down the block. You could spend hours watching the serendipity of paper airplanes. This one's an exploration of four hops that we continue to dance with to see how far we can make them fly. Citra always brings bright citrus; Mosaic brings ripe berry and passion fruit. Riwaka shows up with a big fragrance, kumquat and dank resin. Krush brings another wave of ripe passionfruit and orange peel. All flying in formation over a clear, light-bodied, west-coast base. This 8.8% ABV Double IPA is cleared for takeoff. Look for it in our rotating IPA series in UDABS stores starting next week.

We are so excited to bring Otto IPL back into the line-up. This time it’s packaged in a 16oz. can. The India Pale Lager is a hybrid style that combines the bold, hop-forward flavors of an India Pale Ale with the clean, crisp fermentation process of a lager. We do it Red Rock style with a slightly higher ABV (7.5%) which brings a well-rounded and rich mouthfeel to the lager experience.

Quite Frankly is a 5% crushable pilsner brewed with a modern hop lineup:  Mosaic, Citra, and Motueka hops.  On the nose, you’ll experience a whisper of lime zest and dank.  The taste is a wave of ripe stone fruit, citrus, and berry.  This beer is what happens when West Coast IPA culture crashes a German lager party and everyone becomes good friends.  You’ll love it.
