- Primal Pondering Double Dry Hopped IPA$8
The Primal Pondering is a beautifully aromatic double dry hopped IPA. Bright, hoppy and perfectly bitter with the softest, smoothest mouthfeel. Fantastic.
- Viva La Hatu$8
Red Rock's Mexican Lager! Light and crisp with soft and sweet corn undertones. Throw a lime on here! VIVA LA RAZA!
- Pino Pilsner$8
Italian style pilsner, crisp and satisfying! Pair with any of our pasta dishes!
- Honey Wheat$8
The Beehive State's Hefeweizen. We craft this one like classic American Hefeweizen except we filter it and set it off with local honey. This was Brigham Young's favorite brew.
- Blonde Ale$8
Light, easy drinking - soft malt notes and a touch of Saaz tang. Perfect for the most basic guy at the table!
- Tomb for Two$8
A citrusy, smooth, and soft hazy IPA that\'s been double dry-hopped, all from New Zealand. The tropical flavors are absolutely to die for!
- Scottish Ale$8
A beer designed to be drunk in a castle by a roaring fire, surrounded by the mounted stag heads from hunts with the king. Full-bodied with rich maltiness, notes of caramel and toffee, sometimes hints of smoke/peat.
- Oatmeal Stout$8
Dark, chocolaty, roasty and creamy. So damn good, we always have a batch brewed.

- Golden Halo$8.50
The Golden Halo is a delicious and mild American style blonde ale with just a hint of tangy Saaz hopping. (5.8% ABV)
- Fröhlich Pils$8.50
The Frohlich Pils is a malty crisp, delicately Noble hopped, German Pilsner that has been lagered to perfection. (5.5% ABV)
- Marvella$9
Marvella is light, with subtle fruit and floral notes, a hint of sweetness and a delightful amount of booze. Silver Medal Winner: Great American Brew Festival 2022 - Gold Medal Winner: North American Brewers Association International Beer Awards 2019. Just a damn good Belgian Tripel. (ABV 11%)
- Elephino Double IPA$9
The Elephino is a magnificent American Double IPA. Featuring big pine and citrus hop notes that have been artfully balanced with soft caramel malt undertones. The Elephino is our most requested libation, and not without reason. (ABV 8.2%)
- Fukiphino$10
A medium bodied double IPA. It's very juicy and slightly sweet. It smells of pink grapefruit and crushed citrus. The hop bitterness is very delicate and hangs in the background, playing a supporting role to bursts of lime, sweet tangerine, pineapple, and a bit of coconut. (ABV 9%)
- Landline$9
West Coast-style Double IPA that has a sturdy bitterness balanced by layers of citrus, passionfruit, sweet melon, peach and berries. (ABV 8.8%)
- Woolly$10
All New Zealand hops, double IPA. Flavors include the whole orchard: tangerine, lime, passion fruit, pear and white grape. (ABV 7.8%)
- 20th Anniversary Imperial Red Ale$9
We brew this delicious beast of a beer the same way we have since '14: bigger caramel and bigger Cascade. Our brewmaster once described it as "our Amber Ale supercharged, with a much richer bouquet". (ABV 9.5%)

Baltic Porter. Dark, rich and luxurious. Get some. (ABV 9.2%)
- Drioma Russian Imperial Stout$9
Huge, roasty, chocolaty and smooth Russian Imperial Stout. Drink too many and that lady on the label will visit you as you sleep. (ABV 10.1%)
