Servers – Park City Junction

We are looking for experienced servers to work in our lively Park City Junction brewpub. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, serving individual sections with a team approach.

Responsibilities:

• Setup sections and prepare for the shift
• Running side work to ensure the restaurant is prepared
• Know the menu and daily specials
• Greet guests in a prompt manner
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Work as a team with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment

Skills:

• Proven restaurant serving experience
• Hands on experience handling cash and other payments
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Teamwork and communication
• Craft beer knowledge or a willingness to learn
• Experience with Toast or similar POS systems a plus
