Park City Meetings and Parties

Park City Party RoomRed Rock Brewing is pleased to announce the opening of our new Event Space at our Park City Junction location.

This spectacular room comfortably seats 60 people in a dining room setting.  It features beautiful and dramatic imagery captured from Utah’s red rock country and is furnished with all of the comfortable and classy appointments you’ve come to expect from our restaurants.

But what truly sets this room apart is the warm glow of a wood-fired pizza oven and granite serving bar.

Imagine a party where your guests are able to create their own pizzas and flat-breads from a fresh assortment of toppings. A dedicated Chef places their creation into the flames and delivers a perfectly charred, one-of-a-kind pizza that they’ll savor well beyond the event. It’s an amazing amenity that you’ll only find at Red Rock Park City.

Pizza OvenThe space is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system, HD monitors, a fully automated projection system, and various lighting controls.  We can easily adjust the mood to create everything from productive meetings to unforgettable celebrations.

And let’s not overlook the obvious.  Red Rock has been brewing awarding winning craft beer for 20-years.

You’ll have access to a full assortment of our tasty draft classics as well as our “bigger” specialty and seasonal bottled beers.  Liquor and wine service is also available.  Now it’s a party!

Booking is easy and affordable.  Send your inquiries to or call 435-575-0295 and book your event today.

What is a Firkin?

Red Rock will be making a special brew for Craft Beer Week and putting it in a Firkin till it’s ready to be tapped May 17th at Bar X in Salt Lake City.  “What is a firkin?,” you ask.  Click on THIS link and it will explain it all.

The Front Climbing Club’s St. Patty’s Day Pump

Red Rock is excited to have been a part of The Front Climbing Club’s St. Patty’s Day Pump competition.  The Wasatch Front has some of the best climbing in the world, and Red Rock hopes that in supporting climbing we are contributing to the long term effort of preserving our fantastic canyons and deserts.   We are also proud to support the Salt Lake Climbers Alliance again this year for their 3rd Annual Black Diamond Fundraiser coming up on May 30th.

St. Patrick’s Day 2013

Thanks to all of Red Rock’s great employees, friends and family that came out for the St. Patrick’s Day parade this year.   We had a great time!  And the Irish celebration continues with Hibernian ale on tap at our Downtown and Fashion Place locations, and Red Rock shamrock shirts on sale for $10.99 at our downtown location.  Get them while we’ve got them.

Rêve 2012 Release Party at Red Rock Junction

Red Rock Rêve is here again!  We held the celebration at Red Rock’s Park City location where chef Rochelle Dailey treated us with the most delicious pork appetizer, melon balls wrapped in Prosciutto and cheese cake topped with a bit of orange.  The complex, rich flavors of the Rêve paired well with every dish.

This seasonal ale is a Belgian style trippel, barrel-aged in medium toast French oak for the duration of a year. It is inoculated with Brettanomyces and bottle conditioned. Rêve is comprised of a combination of Pilsner malts and Pale malt. Belgian candy sugar is a key component giving the Trippel a sweet yet dry finish. This unfiltered brew is golden in color and 10.3% alcohol by volume.

Christmas on Halloween Griswald Release Party 2012

Griswald’s Holiday Ale is here!  We gathered at our Fashion Place location to celebrate with Griswald infused appetizers by head chef Joel Smith, T-shirt trivia give aways, Chevy Chase on the big screen and Griswald samples for everyone.

Head brewer Kevin Templin shared the details of brewing this delicious blend of cinnamon, coriander, ginger, orange peel and cloves.  This flavor filled, super-smooth seasonal brew will warm up your long winter nights.

Secale 2012 Release Party

What do you get when you take the savory flavors left in the Whiskey Rye barrels of Utah’s own High West Destillery and lager Double Bock beer in it for sixth months?  The Secale is the brain child of Red Rock head brewer Kevin Templin, and former Red Rock brewer and current High West lead distiller Brendan Coyle.

An annual celebration occurs when this distinctly Utahn beverage is finally bottled and released to the public each year.  The 2012 edition has a hint more of High West Rye flavor in it.  Get them while they last.  If you can control yourself, it is rumored aging a bottle of Secale for a year really brings out the flavor.

Red Rock Brewing Pouring at Utah Beer Festival August 26th 2012

We’re terribly excited to yet again be a part of the Utah Beer Festival! This year it is being held on Sunday, August 26th at Gallivan Center. Last year was a big hit and we loved meeting all of you Utah beer connoisseurs.

The Utah Beer Festival is a way for Utah breweries to show our pride for our home state by bringing out our best micro-brewed beers. The world may not think that Utah has good beer, but we all know the truth (hint: they’re wrong)!

We will be coming ready to show off our favorite homemade beers if you come thirsty and ready to drink in the park.

Last year we brought the Elephino Double IPA, Le Quatre Saison, Honey Wheat, and Amber Ale. You’ll have to come this year to see what we’re bringing, but we promise not to disappoint!

Red Rock Brewing Invited to Oregon Brew Fest

The Oregon Brew Fest is coming up this month, from July 26th – 29th! The Oregon Brewers Festival is a four-day craft beer festival in downtown Portland, Oregon, since 1988. Each brewery that is invited brings one beer.

Entrance is free, and event-goers can sample the lovely selection of craft beers by buying a souvenier cup and tokens.

A $1 token is good for one sample, and four tokens are good for a full pour. What a great deal! If you’re in Portland at the end of July, make sure to come check us out! We’re bringing one of our crowd favorites, the Elephino Double IPA.

Micro-brewed beer is a big deal in Oregon, and we are proud to be asked to attend. Red Rock, along with Uinta Brewing, Epic Brewing, and Wasatch Beers, will be representing the great state of Utah! So Red Rock fans, come support us out in Portland!

Breaking Bad Season 5 Series at Brewvies For Free!

This summer, in partnership with City Weekly and TrueTV, we will be bringing you Season 5 of the hit AMC show Breaking Bad only at Brewvies, every Sunday night! And the best part — it’s free!

Come watch along on the big screen as Walter White… well we won’t spoil it! You’ll have to come see for yourself. Bryan Cranston, who plays Walter White, says about Season 5, “It’s gonna be crazy.” And what better way to watch it than on the big screen while enjoying a Red Rock beer? There is none!

The season starts Sunday, July 15th, and Brewvies will be showing a new episode every Sunday throughout the season. The show will start at 8 pm, so come early to grab some beers and reserve a good seat! Because it’s FREE, it will fill up quickly!
