A mild, spiced holiday ale for the Christmas season. Filtered and light golden in color with very little hop presence. Brewed with cinnamon, coriander, ginger, orange peel and cloves. Read all about it by [...] This fresh, whole leaf hop beer, is only brewed once a year, less than a week after the hops are harvested in the fields of Yakima Valley, Washington. All whole leaf Amarillo Hops are used in the brewing process, using almost 32 lbs. per batch, then more are added post-fermentation for a very floral, somewhat citrus like [...] |
