City Weekly has released their “Coldest Beer” issue. Red Rock is represented at 40.1 degrees. Or, just about the middle of the pack. I talked to brew master Kevin Templin about this.

“We make craft beer,” said Templin, “not (mass-produced national brand). If the beer is too cold, you don’t taste everything that you should. We want people to be able to experience the flavor.”
