Red Rock will be participating once again in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade sponsored by the Hibernian Society of Utah. Be there to cheer us on!
Stop by either location for some food and great on-tap selections, including our own Hibernian. It’s not green, but it is good.

A very malty, Irish style ale. Clean filtered and reddish brown in color. Low in bitterness, however, has a slight hop finish to it. Up front character is caramel malt tones. The Hibernian Society is an international organization of Irish culture. John Welsh, father of one of our brewers, Big Joe, is a very active member of the Society in Salt Lake and one of the founding members.
On tap selections can change at any time. Be sure to check the current selections board or ask your server.

Voting is now underway for the 2010 Best of Utah on the City Weekly website. There are categories for Best Brewpub and Best Restaurant. Feel free to vote for Red Rock Brewing Company in either of those categories. Maybe even a vote for Red Rock Junction for best Park City restaurant. We’ll be happy to accept the awards if and when we win them.
It’s been far too long in the eyes of most. But quality like this takes time. Finally Red Rock Rêve makes it’s return this week. Available at our Park City and Salt Lake locations for a limited time.
H.R. 4278 – the “Small Brewers Stimulus” bill would help to lower costs to produce your favorite beers. Read all about it at the Utah Beer Blog.
