Paardebloem 2016

Paardebloem Post

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Spring is nature’s way of reminding us that no winter lasts forever. Eventually, the harsh elements of life must relent to new beginnings of brilliance. Or as the late Robin Williams said, “Spring is nature’s way of saying, ‘Let’s Party’!

Behold, my friends, spring has come; the 2016 Paardebloem is in its full glory and will release on Saturday April 23, 2016 at 11:00am at the Red Rock Beer Store located at 443 N 400 W.

Paardebloem (a Flemish term for dandelion) is a Gold Medal winning collaboration beer created by Red Rock’s head brewer, Kevin Templin and former Red Rock brewer, Chris McCombs (now of New Belgium Brewing Co). It’s a Belgian style ale that’s brewed with dandelion greens, toasted Pilsner malt, grains of paradise and peaches. It’s barrel aged for one year, then bottle conditioned. 9.2% ABV.

We will be selling approximately four-hundred 750 mL bottles to-go through the Beer Store at a limit of 2-bottles per person. Paardebloem will also be available in 375 mL and 750 mL bottles at our brewpubs located downtown, Fashion Place and Park City Junction (enjoy on premise only).

Winner:
