The award winning brewery at Red Rock was installed by Newlands Services Inc. out of British Columbia in 1994 by brewery consultant, Adam Rechniz. The brewery was the only constructed addition to the original structure.

The original brewery was set up with four 10-barrel fermenters and six 10-barrel serving tanks. Since then, two 20-barrel fermenters, six more serving tanks and two cold-conditioning tanks have been added.

Sixteen-hundred barrels were produced in the first year of business with brewing operations mostly headed up by Eric Dunlap, who today is a partner here at Red Rock.
